1. Acceptance of terms

By using CashMate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of service

CashMate is a personal finance app that allows users to track transactions, categories, and notes. Cloud sync is optional.

3. User accounts

You may use the app without an account. Sync requires Google or Apple login. You are responsible for your account security.

4. User data

You retain ownership of your data. You are responsible for accuracy and backups. We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues or user actions.

5. Data storage

Data is stored locally unless sync is enabled, in which case Firebase is used.

6. Advertising

CashMate uses Google AdMob to display ads. Third-party providers may collect limited data for ad delivery.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.

8. Intellectual property

All rights belong to Periwin Solutions. You may not copy or redistribute the app.

9. Service availability

We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not responsible for financial decisions or data loss.

11. Termination

We may suspend access if terms are violated. You may stop using the app anytime.

12. Children

CashMate is intended for users aged 13+.

13. Third-party services

We use Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and AdMob.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
