We use data only to sync your data across devices (if enabled), provide backup and restore, maintain app functionality, and display ads via AdMob. We do not sell your personal or financial data.

You can delete your data directly within the app, or request full deletion by contacting us. Once deleted, your cloud data is permanently removed.

By downloading, accessing, or using CashMate – Manage Your Finance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
CashMate is a personal finance management app for tracking transactions, organising categories, adding notes, and optionally syncing data across devices. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may use CashMate without creating an account. Cloud sync is optional and requires login via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining access to your login method and any activity under your account.
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into CashMate. You are responsible for the accuracy of your financial data, keeping your device secure, and backing up your data. We are not responsible for loss of data due to device issues or user error.
Without login, data is stored locally on your device. With sync enabled, data is stored securely using Firebase. While we take reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure.
CashMate displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree that ads may be shown and that third-party ad providers may collect limited data to display relevant ads.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app, interfere with app functionality or servers, or use the app in a way that could harm other users or the service.
All rights in the app, including design, branding, and functionality, belong to Periwin Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app, or use our branding without permission.
We aim to keep CashMate available at all times but do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
CashMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made using the app, data loss or corruption, or indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time.
CashMate is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, you should use the app with parental or guardian guidance.
